Comfortable room, friendly host, and great location made our stay enjoyable, especially with the complimentary bottled water and express check-in that helped us settle in quickly before exploring nearby attractions like the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps within a 20-minute walk.

It does not seem like a 4-star hotel!!! The building is unattractive, with an ugly balcony and noise from air conditioning units. Lack of recognition for special occasions is disappointing!!!

While the location is somewhat convenient, don’t be fooled by the photos. my room was dark and cramped—definitely not what they advertise. also, the water temperature in the shower was wildly inconsistent, which was a lovely surprise. i expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but clearly, that kind of treatment is for special guests only. just couldn’t give a good review.

The day we arrived, Valerio was super helpful and even gave us a map of Rome! We really enjoyed the rooftop terrace for some relaxing evenings and the cozy lounge area to unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, you might miss the building entrance at first since there are no clear signs outside. 😊
